Guarantee Information

*12‑Month Guarantee

We guarantee that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

If a fault develops during this period under normal use, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost to you.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear

To make a claim, please provide proof of purchase and your product registration number to the reseller you purchased the Lyte product from, along with any supporting videos or photographs. The reseller will process the guarantee claim with us on your behalf.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
