Lyte Ladders & Towers 10 Year Warranty

We guarantee that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

If a fault develops during this period under normal use, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product at no cost to you.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by failure to comply with all warnings and instructions for the product.
• Damage caused by an attempted repair of the product.
• Damage caused by modifications made to the product.

To make a claim, please provide proof of purchase and your product registration number to the reseller you purchased the Lyte product from, along with any supporting videos or photographs. The reseller will process the guarantee claim with us on your behalf.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected. The liability of Lyte Ladders & Towers under this warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement of the product within the 10 year warranty period (if registered within 30 days of purchase). Lyte shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, personal injury or labour costs.

Definitions:

• Material – is a material or component used by Lyte in the manufacture of the product.
• Workmanship - is the handling, assembly and manufacturing processes undertaken by Lyte to manufacture the product.
